Bahnhof Laubenbachmühle

Der Bahnhof Laubenbachmühle wurde 1905 bei der Fortsetzung der Mariazellerbahn von Kirchberg an der Pielach nach Laubenbachmühle errichtet. Der Bahnhof liegt am Ende der Talstrecke von St. Pölten und am Beginn der Bergstrecke nach Mariazell. Im Jahr 2012 wurde der bestehende Bahnhof Laubenbachmühle um das Betriebszentrum der NÖVOG erweitert. Laubenbachmühle ist der Heimatbahnhof der „Himmelstreppe“.

Train station Laubenbachmühle

The train station Laubenbachmühle was built in 1905 because of the continuation of the Mariazellerbahn from Kirchberg/Pielach to Laubenbachmühle. The train station is located at the end of the valley and at the beginning of the mountain road. In the year 2012 the train station was expanded to the operations center of the NÖVOG. Laubenbachmühle is the origin station of the “Himmelstreppe”.
